Brought in a dinner BOGO coupon. That's literally all it said on the coupon. I assume by two things the cheaper is free. Nope.... Bought a works plate and a regular tofu bowl and got $6 off. Idk what the price even is. They don't honor their own coupons?These coupons were also specific to this location only not a general deal. Hilarious. I order an extra side of chicken and extra green onions for that side. As a result, they don't fill the side order... container fully with chicken. For spending $16 and change, I think they should at least give me a full order of chicken lol. Read more

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION????? When I arrived I saw two employee's (male and female) were inside sitting at a table and were... eating???? As I entered they both got up from the table then the female assisted me at the register. Meanwhile the male employeestarted preparing my order. I noticed he did not wash his hands and was still chewing food???? The female was cordial then Iwaited for my order. While waiting I noticed the sauce trays were dirty, the raspberry ice tea was empty and the employees hadleft their food/mess on the table they were eating at. During my visit there were no other customers in the store. PLEASEUNDERSTAND it's a major health code violation when employees don't wash their hands before they prepare customers food? I wasso grossed out by the event I couldn't even eat my food so I guess I waisted 10 dollars???? Please train your employees onhealth code standards? there should be a designated location for them to take breaks. Seeing them eating in the lobby while onthe clock is not a great visual for customers???? Read more

I got my food on 10/7 at 1300. (In case management wants to know which employee got them this bad review). Not only was the... female short with me, she didn't listen to my order at all and got it completely wrong. I'd understand this if it was busy but Iwas one of 5 ppl in the building. When I kindly approached her and handed my bowl back in she shook her head and told the chefto make a new one. Instead of a new one I got some left over cold beef and cold rice tossed on top and it was thrown back ontothe counter. I never got a sorry bout that or anything. She was rude and unpleasant to deal with. I refuse to give my businessto such poor and unprofessional service such as this. Read more

Was told order will be ready in 10 minutes on the phone, but had to wait another 20 minutes at the restaurant to pick up the... order. When asked, they justified and argued, which is not an emotionally intelligent way of running business. The dish (organictofu) was supposed to be a vegetarian dish, but smelled like chicken and had small pieces of chicken in it. They obviously cookthem in the same pots, which is not the definition of vegetarian. The place didn't look tidy and clean either. Read more
