I come to this location at least twice a week!. people here are awesome specially Julia she always welcomed people as soon as... she sees them walking right through the doorwith a "welcome to Starbucks" and I personally get a "have a good day"(Wich I'mpretty sure everyone does as well) all the time!!!. I was there yesterday (9/28/21) to pickup my coffee& breakfast, line was pretty busy and suddenly system crashed, i was... expecting no service anymore since system was done, but steve the manager handled the situation so professionally, he gladlyoffered free food and drink and was helping his staffs to continue giving service to customers!! I have visited this Starbucks before work and always get friendly service until today 02/05/2020. Today was my day to pick up... Starbucks for the office. I placed my order and everything was fine until my drinks came out and I got an hot drink instead of acold one. When I told the barista her face had ATTITUDE all over she grabbed the hot drink and threw it in the trash withoutsaying a word to me. She remade the drink but threw a fit the whole time and made sure I saw her. Then she just slides the drinkover to me. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! I tried to get her name but did not see a nametag on her. However, She was young and had aponytail but she clearly has long hair. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!!! Read more
Decent little Starbucks but not as big as some other locations. They also don't have any outdoor seating or tables. Parking is... also very limited here. That b by said its a nice store with great staff who always get my coffee right. I like the banana breadthey sell it's pretty good. Read more
Customer service very good no problem with that. Here is the big problem i am not picky if i get a drink and it has something... missing thats not to bad i take it and smile. This is a very high class ritzy area you would think quality would be good oh boywas i wrong. Never ever go here please i ordered 2 strawberry acai lemonade refreshers we did not customize just how it comes weget down the street both were water logged it literally had maybe a little bit of syrup so i go back and they remake them andthis time the syrup tasts really bad as if its old or spoiled. Please do not go here the quality is very bad first they hardlyput any ingredients and the ingredients they did put in seemed very bad tasting. Read more
