I was there yesterday (9/28/21) to pickup my coffee& breakfast, line was pretty busy and suddenly system crashed, i was... expecting no service anymore since system was done, but steve the manager handled the situation so professionally, he gladlyoffered free food and drink and was helping his staffs to continue giving service to customers!! Never ever go here please i ordered 2 strawberry acai lemonade refreshers we did not customize just how it comes weget down the street both were water logged it literally had maybe a little bit of syrup so i go back and they remake them andthis time the syrup tasts really bad as if its old or spoiled.
