Casual diner right on the end of Balboa pier with some great snack options if you are hungry after the beach! Good: - Got a... strawberry malt and it super hit the spot after a long day riding waves! - Fries had a large portion size and were super tastyand crispy Bad: - Slow service when you order in a group - No seating area so you need to take it to a beach! My family just ate at this amazing diner on the pier. The food was great and the personal service was amazing. We interacted... with 3 separate staff and they all made us feel like family. During dinner a drink was spilled. Nobody?s fault. Just anaccident, but the server still took the blame then went above all expectations to make it right. WOW. Food tastes great, although my salad was warm. Customer service was on point. Although, a pigeon flew in and one staff member... grabbed it with his bare hands and put it outside,twice, and went back to working without washing his hands.
