This is really a rating on the customer service. I had 2 orders of the juice cleanse and when I got home to put the juices in my... fridge, I realized I only had 1 order. I called and told them and they said they can refund me or I can come back and pick itup. It?s a 20-25 minute drive one way. I wanted two days worth of cleanse so I obviously wanted 2 orders. No sorry, nodiscount, nothing. Just a quick ?here you go bye? when I drove back to get my 2nd order. I spent $60 dollars on these juices anddrove back the 10 miles , a simple sorry would?ve sufficed honestly. Just bad customer service. Not mad or anything, justbummed for my first time experience. I came for the first time today and thought it was so yummy! I got strawberry with almond butter spread and dark chocolate... gems(m&ms). I very much recommend getting a drizzle of your choice, it?s so good! My dad also was able to get TWO flavors, whichI didn?t know I could do. More bang for your buck!! So I say do that! I love the products here but the employees are extremely rude and unwelcoming. They don't greet you and are very cold when... taking your order. Also I'm part of the VIP membership but it doesn't show up when they enter my number. I had to ask about mydiscount and show the barcode. This should be part of their steps of service.
