This is such a beautiful café located on the second floor with a nice patio overlooking the fountain. I really wanted to love... it, but the spicy Hawaiian poke bowl I ordered did not impress. The tuna’s texture is off and doesn’t taste fresh…I’vehad way better tunas elsewhere. The blend of the poke bowl was good though, I just wish the quality is better and morecustomization options. Very tasty! I had the green chili chicken with red rice, side of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. All tasted delicious! The... mac and cheese was a little greasy and heavy, I couldn't eat it all. Good serving sizes but it was very expensive for a"cafetería " style lunch. $22 with lemonade (lavender was yummy) I guess it's expected since it's Newport Beach, FashionIsland! Read more

Never really disappointed with Lemonade. Their selection of sides, bowls and sandwiches will assuredly please every palette... (especially my kids). Their selection of fresh lemonades is truly the icing on the cake. This is not a knock on this place aswe don't use a lot of salt when we prepare food at home. So when we eat at establishments that uses salt we pickup on itquickly. That being said, I got the spicy tuna bowl, my son got a turkey sandwich, my youngest daughter got the turkey BLT andmy oldest daughter got red miso beef bowl. Watching them prepare the bowls made my mouth water. My wife got 3 sides, chickenmeatball curry, cucumber avocado and tomato salad and broccoli sides. I just came here for their well known classic lemonade and it was pretty good, It has that fresh squeezed lemonade taste which... tastes delicious on a perfect sunny day. I tried the guava limeade as well and that was great. Food looked fresh and savory somaybe I'll sit down and get to try that soon. Read more
