Awful experience at lunch today with the store manager and a young, rude cashier. She shook her head in disgust and said no she... would not say please under any circumstances. The manager was no better and had no explanation why he was in the bathroom for 10minutes while we waited to speak with him. He seemed like he could care less and we returned our food and left to never returnagain. It?s really a shame that the attitude of New Jersey is ever present here in Newport Beach California. I had a complaint regarding one of the rudest employee I have met so far! and I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the manager... to get out of the bathroom (seemingly he was taking his break in the bathroom). His cashier (the little girl) disrespected myfriend for she said that she doesn't want to be polite. My friend asked her if she could be polite while she was asking himrepeatedly in a bossy way to remove his card, he said can say please? she said "No, I will not." and she shook her head sayingno and laughing. This location of Jersey Mike's is great! Staff is friendly, the location is clean, the food is delicious!! I'm in there... regularly on Monday or Wednesday for my usual #55 Big Kahuna chicken cheese steak. It's so good!! They keep me going on my longdays of school and work!! Read more
When there's a Jersey Mike's in the area, you can rest assured that you're going to get quality subs unlike their $5 foot long... competitors. ;) If you're tech-savvy, download the Retail Therapy app in order to take advantage of their deals. At the time ofthis writing, I got a 6-inch sub for free with the purchase of another 6-inch sub. That's some good savings! Now I will admitthat the subs here can be pretty pricey, but they're definitely justified. I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and knew that Ihad to have one from Jersey Mike's because there wasn't anyone else in the area that I could trust with making this belovedsandwich. The shop can get pretty busy even if it isn't lunch hour and if you're not ordering a cold sub then it will take afew minutes to cook up your meat. The upside is that they are always super hot, which I love. Overall, I have always enjoyedJersey Mike's and would definitely recommend it for those looking for; well, A SUB ABOVE! Read more

This place is usually pretty good but their quality has gone downhill since the rona. Their meat seems to be cut thinner than... normal, mayonnaise is almost flavorless, vinegar taste more like a malt instead of red wine vinegar.
