Magic Shroom burger is always excellent. But disappointed that they don't have a honey mustard dipping sauce anymore for fries... or chicken strips. Also disappointing that they don't have the fancy soft drink choices anymore. Read more

Pretty good burgers but hamstrung by ridiculously slow service. We went on a holiday weekend for a late lunch, the restaurant... was decently full (maybe 75% capacity or so) but only had 1 server taking orders at the bar, and 2 other servers doingeverything else. Took a really long time for everything, from waiting in line to order to waiting for someone to come and cleanup a table to getting our food. The burgers are good, and the queso fries had really good flavor but the queso sauce was noteven room temperature. I sent it back to get it reheated and they sent another out exactly the same temp. I walked by thekitchen and it seemed also understaffed,so they probably didn't have time to check whatvever they were sending out. Read more
Food is great and there is a short line when we order. The Food usually comes out fairly quickly. Their beef is very good... quality. Although the burger portion is small, it's filling enough for me. This place is mainly burger focus & they havedelicious seasonal appetizers as well. Truffle fries is a must try! Service: prompt but they don't check on you after they dropoff the food like a typical restaurant. Parking is shared with the Fashion Island mall parking as they are a part of thismall. Ordered the llano poblano burger and substituted the 1/2 pound patty. The burger was decent but nothing to write home about. The... egg bun was the same. I had a couple of special requests that were accommodated. Overall the experience was fine but nothing towrite home about. Read more
Interesting place. You order and pay at the counter, then self serve drinks, napkins and condiments. Someone from the kitchen... walks your order out. The tablet, because they are a card only no cash business, suggesting 30% gratuity was bizarre since noservice is provided at any point in this transaction. The burger was delicious, is a bit expensive for being a la carte. Thebottom bun was so thin that it was soggy and you squished through it trying to pick up the burger, so one star off for soggyburger, no silverware anywhere experience. Read more
