This is our second time dining at the Chef\'s Table at Bello. We had another fun-filled dining experience, which consisted of ... a 12-course meal with wine pairing. Each dish was beautifully presented with fresh, seasonal ingredients and layers of flavorto complement the main ingredient. The wine pairings also complemented each dish. Chef Zach did an excellent job usingcreative techniques to enhance flavors and showcase the ingredients. I highly recommend this dining experience for those whoappreciate fine dining, meticulous attention to detail and are excited about trying new ingredients, new preparations and uniqueflavors. The five star dining experience we wanted and needed in OC.\n\nChef Zach is highly talented, knowledgeable, andfun to be with. We learned that the menu changes weekly, which showcases the chef’s brilliant creative expression. Inaddition, the food is sourced from a curated collection of local farmers, and even some of the wine pairings we enjoyed werelimited edition in the US.\n\nHighly recommend this experience!
