I absolutely love the ice cream here. It is handmade from scratch and liquid nitrogen. However since they make each order... individually, the staff are extremely stressed and will lock the doors or turn people away in rush hour. The ice cream was great and the service was as well. The kids absolutely loved watching them make the ice cream and watching the... vapor from the nitrogen spilling over the counter. I gave it 4 stars because of the lady who seemed to be in charge there. She was not very professional. There was a problem... with their printer at the front register and she was raising her voice to the man trying to assist her with an IP address fortheir system. He trying to change the nitro, and get things back in order to make ice cream, but you could she she was having abad or frustrating day. She was talking to the staff about a cleaning list for the night crew because it didn't seem theycleaned the counter. To much info for customers to hear in my opinion. Update: Atomic Creamery moved closer to the Lot (2d floor). The new place is beautiful I’m writing this review after my 5th... visit. Milkshakes and ice-creams are delicious, state of the art. My favorite is Halvah that has original Turkish flavor, is notsuper sweet, and has as many pistachios as you need. The portions are very generous. A tip: I would make sure to arrive before5 p.m. to ensure that you can buy ice cream. It is a veteran-owned place. Read more
