Ordered online through the website for pickup in the drive-thru. I was told at the drive thru my order wasn?t received and to... come in. I came in and had my confirmation with my order and the manager said she couldn?t complete my order since the ticketdidn?t print in the kitchen. I explained that I had already been charged. She told me to cancel the order. There was not optionto cancel the order and I let her know. The manager kept working and said she couldn?t do anything about it and was very rude.When I asked for her contact information to follow up of the charges remained, she refused and then finally gave me hersupervisors contact information, which I called on multiple occasions and it went to voicemail immediately, but had a messagethat the voicemail wasn?t set up. I?m not sure this was an actual number to her supervisor. I also contacted the number on theconfirmation order, which indicated no one was available to answer. I also reached out to Hardee?s corporate through the websiteand Instagram. I was never contacted back. Terrible customer service at the local and corporate level! I was refunded, butonly because I contested the charge through my bank. Otherwise, I likely would have never been refunded. Read more
Still make biscuits fresh. Best sausage egg and cheese biscuit. No Hardee's near where we live. Used to work for them 31 years... ago. Make Wendy's and Mc Donald's look bad. Si great get 6 biscuits Togo. Read more
Ordered burgers and was cold and dry but I can say soda was good. Wife and I will never go to that place again. They won't even... look at you. We went to buger King drive ???? through. Much better. Read more
Went for breakfast. I was car number 5. Pulled in at 10:38 pulled out at 11 am. I ordered 2 breakfast platters and the eggs were... horrible. My dog wouldn't even eat them. They were burned and had the consistency of rubber. I just dont understand why it is sohard to get an egg from these restaurants. Read more
Hardee?s gas always been my favorite breakfast! Loved their biscuits and gravy. However they have went downhill, I order this... morning it took forever in line but they usually always have a line. So I?m not to upset about that it to be expected but Ihadn?t been in awhile so I was eager to get my breakfast. I order just the biscuits and gravy. And when I get home I?m puttingit together and my gravy is very watery I?m thinking ok it?s usually nice thick gravy. I pour it on my biscuit and began to eatit and have to spit it out. I?m not very picky and I can eat about anything but that was awful. The biscuits good as always theGravy tasted like water! Like a milky water. Like someone took some skim milk with few chunks of sausage and pour it over mybiscuit. Not to mention the prices have went up because inflation, so it sad that not only do we have to pay such high pricesBUT we get nasty watered down food, if People are having to pay high prices we should still get quality food! Me and my gf went through here at about 3:30 pm on 11/14. There were no other cars in line. We received this burnt to a crisp... chicken club. It wasn't edible. Will never be back and we hope the "cook" gets fired for trying to make someone eat that. Read more
Went through the drive thru on 3/7/2021 around 6:15pm. Service was slow but fries were hot when we got home. My first 1/3 pound... burger was COMPLETELY undercooked. We called and they replaced it no questions asked. When I got home the replacement burger wasSTILL pink in the middle. I won?t be back again. Read more
Biscuit was a little greasy and crumbly. Steak was not fresh on biscuit. Drive thru employee was friend and professional.
