Chicken fries was old hard and in pieces. Called Bobby the Manger if u can even use that term, and he asked y would you wait 3... hours to call back I could have replaced them! I'm sorry my kids an I have things to do, and I never asked for anything, but tolet his rude self know what they are selling ppl.I have never spoke to a customer this way an have been a manager in fast foodat same restaurant for 21 years. The reason this location is always hiring is due to the inability to take an order at the drive-thru. I had to repeat my order 3... times, then once home, I saw it was absolutely the wrong order all the way around. The two women working near the drive thruwindow were gossiping about another employee and who this employee was dating and that was the reason why this other employeedidn't "bother to show up for work". If I could give 0 stars, I would. There service is always rude and uncaring. She past 3 times I have went they served me stale... fries, stale burger buns, and half their fountain drinks are out of syrup. The store was filthy. They refused to give a militarydiscount because apparently their combos ate already counted as discounts. I will never be going back. They desperately need newmanagement They actually cares about their store and what they serve to their guests. Read more
Food was cooked fresh. Employees didn't seem to want to be there. We arrived at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. There was not one... table, other than the high tables and chairs, that were cleaned. I wet a napkin ad cleaned one myself. Read more

Even tho the menu on the wall showed an item, the cashier wouldn?t let me order it. Get the timing right on the menus or let... people order what the menu shows is available. Most of the cashiers weren?t wearing name tags either so I couldn?t say who itwas. 6-17 10:20am. I just left and didn?t order anything instead. I have never posted a bad review because I work with the public I understand however I feel like need to went for breakfast this... morning only car in the line get there no one answers we say hey loud enough can hear us employee answers what we stated we justwant food want to eat we get well go ahead. We order pull up window she slams window several times no good morning nothing. Ilove the food but will never be back. I know it's hard find employees to work and everyone is burned out but please don't takeout on your customers. Fresh food and Hot Coffee..! Staff had the bathroom and seating area clean and well stocked. They didn't mind me parking my... rig while I sat inside and ate my breakfast. Very helpful for the end of a rough week on the road. Thanks to All Read more
