We came here on our way home from Dollywood. We thought, ordering drive thru would be quicker since we still have 45 mins to... drive home. Well, it wasn't quicker. We got there around 9:35 PM ish. My husband got the Papa Burger meal. Our daughter wantedchicken tenders but they ran out of breading for the tenders so she ordered corndog nuggets kids meal. I ordered number 5 onlong john silver side. 2 piece of fish meal. We were told to pull up to one of the parking spot after we paid. Waited around 5mins and a young man walked by our car to give us the food. Everything was right except instead of fish meal, they rang upchicken. So he went back inside with everything. We waited 20 mins until a young lady came to our window and give us the food.She was very nice and gave us an extra piece of fish for our wait. My husband food was warm. My daughter's food was barely warmwith limp fries. My fish with super hot but with cold, limp fries. Who does that? I mean, we waited 20 mins for the food. I wastoo annoyed to eat the food. We should've just brought everything back and get our money refunded. It added 30 mins to ourtravel time. I loved coming to A&W growing up. But I'll drive to a different location of A&W before thinking about coming tothis location again. Read more
A &W combined with Long John Silver's in itself is wrong. This time I ate fish and shrimp. Getting past the grease, it may have... tasted really good. Cole slaw was tasty. Fries tasted the same as the fish. Staff were kind. Read more
I miss Long John's in Greeneville, TN however we do need a new building from where it was at. So to get Long John's & my chicken... planks I have to drive for an 1hr. Yum good. And I love the share packs of the chicken, fish and shrimp I think it was. Read more

First the boy at the window tried to short me $3 change. Then I was told to pull forward into a parking spot and they would... bring out my order. I waited 15 minutes, saw w other vehicles get their food before mine and they pulled up to the windowbehind me. After almost 20 minutes I drove back to the window and asked for my money back since they never brought my food, thegirl said, "oh I gave your order to the other vehicle. " I finally got the manager on duty to refund my money, I have had issuesat this same place before, today was my last. Read more

The food is good on the long John silver side but on the A&W side the burgers are usually good but the fries are hit or miss... with me. I like my fries crispy not half done or mushy and hot or at minimum very warm and sometimes the fries are cold herewhen I have gotten them but that is to say with any fast food place not just here. I would recommend asking for fresh fries andeverything else should be up to par, or as good as can be expected with fast food. I typically order from the LJS side not A&Wbecause I worked at the A&W in pigeon forge carhopping as a teenager and kinda burnt myself out on that food, to say the least.I haven't been a great fan since. If I hadn't worked there previously then I am sure I would still love A&W food the same asanyone else. Read more
We ate the LJS. We love the Fish and more. Their fish is always hot and fresh super good
