So disappointed. This is my first negative online review. Ordered a large veggie pizza and was delivered a medium in a large... box. Asked for extra sauce and sauce on the side- it came with little sauce and some gross ranch sauce on the side? What awaste of $30+ I had to put the packets of parmesan cheese on for flavor. Called twice and finally they sent a container ofsauce for my dry small pizza I paid $30 for. Do not order here unless you like small half crust pizzas(for the price of alarge) matched by poor customer service. My husband and I were in Newport for a day trip and we were looking for some pizza to enjoy after the cliff walk. It was our... first time at Nikolas and it was amazing! As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we were welcomed by who I think is themanager, then the host walked us to our table. Wendy was our server and she was beyond AMAZING! She made the moment so memorableand pleasant! We got a pitcher of the passion fruit margarita which was good, I think it could have been more flavorful but westill enjoyed it. We got the Margherita pizza with some fries and the food was delicious! The pizza was crunchy and tasteful!The fries were crispy and tasteful! Wendy checked on us to make sure that the food and drink were good and that we didn?t needanything. Wendy was so attentive, friendly and truly amazing! We were a little skeptical about going there at first because of acouple recent reviews but we were so glad that we decided to go! The staff is diverse, which we love, and very friendly, thefood is delicious and the whole experience was so great! We will definitely stop there again next time we?re in Newport! Read more
Stay away from this place. I asked for ?extra cheese? on the chicken Parm. They serve a piece of chicken with a slice of melted... cheese on it. Their Alfredo sauce taste like warmed up milk. The garlic bread was a pathetic excuse of garlic bread. Zerotaste, no garlic, nothing. I asked for chicken with a Caesar salad - they serve 2 pieces of chicken tenders on theside. Finally, the parmesan cheese on both the caesar salad and the chicken parm tasted like feet. Wouldn?t give this place asecond chance and sorry I gave it a chance at all. Read more
Well let?s say the place looks great! Staff friendly but a bit clueless.parking lot is convenient for the area but the smell of... the dumpster was unbearable. We had a party of 6 we ordered Buffalo wings for 16.95 that were dry like jerky! Fish and chipsthat for Newport you would think it would be fresh fish! and the price I couldn?t believe it was frozen fish.like the ? trianglebreaded frozen? Oh and the fries were crinkle fries(frozen) the mozzarella sticks (frozen)the boneless tenders also frozen ribmeat! The slice of meat lovers pizza disgusting tasted old! The chowder was decent but definitely bagged or canned. Aftertelling my wife they had malt vinegar she came back and told us they have no vinegar of any kind! Girl up front making tiktokgestures at the register and only had rearing looks from the waitress rather than asking how it was. I have to say that I paidthe 130.00$ bill with tip because I?m not the type who would send it back. We won?t be back!! Amazing!!! Went here for the first time & the pizza was great! Nice crunch and not too thick or thin. Customer service was... awesome and the staff was nothing less but sweet! Will visit again when in town! Read more

Great food, their pizza?s are delicious. Although I may add this restaurant doesn?t quite have the best customer service. I was... sort of just standing there and I wasn?t really instructed on how long of a wait it would be to be seated, and there was noserver in sight to attend to us. Best I can put it was; they weren?t very welcoming. Eventually we were seated. May I addperhaps better communication between the customer and host/server/employees in general. Read more
This checked a lot of specific boxes for us as the we came off of Cliff Walk with our dog and an appetite. They set us up on... the patio, filled a water dish for our pooch, and quickly got us a large pizza that fed the two of us with a couple of slices totake back to the hotel. Their pizza is a thicker, buttery crust ... Like a really good version of Pizza Hut's deep dish, withreally good fresh toppings. Also, they were super friendly and accommodating to us as the only patio diners at the time. Also... Free parking in a neighborhood where that's scarce. Read more
