Came here for a tea and a snack - both of which were fine but not better than that. We got there around 16:00, and the place... definitely needed a tidy by then, there were bits of people's food and wrappers on the floor. It got busy, but you can order online or use ?skip line? kiosk. The lobby was messy: plastic wrappers on the floor, drips of... coffee, spills, barely anything on the condiment bar. Drinks were made well, but barista on the register did not ring up theproper size. It took about 15 minutes to get two drinks, estimated time in the app was 20 minutes. They seemed crowded and busy,but I think it?s a weekend morning rash. Overall it is an okay experience, but second time we are in a chain and it is quitemessy.
