We ordered 4 grinder sandwiches. Fries do not come with any of them so we ordered 4 orders of fries. Firstly all of the... sandwiches were terrible. Two of the sandwiches came as buffalo chicken which one was supposed to be bbq chicken. All of themeat on sandwiches was burned so was the bread. The side orders of fries came with less than a child's serving in each containerwhich is not what you should get when you are paying separately for them. Finally they wrote down the wrong address so it tookthe driver 20 minutes to find my house after 3 phone calls of me telling her where I lived, so all of the food was cold when itfinally arrived. Customer service is a absolute joke , some old dude who answers the phone hates his life and takes it out on thee customer... .. Waited 2 hours for a cheese pizza and Cajun fries so I called back and asked for a refund.. He said ? we?ll give you astore credit for when you call tomorrow when we open at 11? called today for the same order and now they stole 26+ dollars fromme and refuse to give it back Read more

Used to be better. Recently changed pizza dough supplier/recipe/ingredients and it's just not as good as it used to be. Prices... went up, which is fine in today's market, but quality went down. Sadly, I'm taking them off my list of takeout places. Going toup my game and get Indian food at Curryland instead. Read more
We have been a customer of A1 for 18 years. Don?t know what happen but the great pizzas they once made are absolutely horrible... now. We gave them a few chances but nothing has improved. We will find a new pizza place, too bad they are around the cornerfrom where we live. Read more
Tldr; incomplete order, charged for items not received, zero accountability My group ordered delivery from this place. They use... a third party delivery service which enables any discrepancy turn into a game of infinite phone tag between companies thatresults in being on hold forever and then being told by staff "we're too busy" and hung up. Speaking on the quality of pizza -we ordered from these guys because we wanted to support local businesses. The pizza tastes like cardboard with cheese. Thegarlic bread was a sub roll with oil. Speaking on the root of the complaint. We ordered and were charged for items that werenot delivered. When trying to rectify the situation, we were hung up on repeatedly. I waited 2 hours for a delivery and it just kept extending. If you can they just put you on infinite hold. Skip the hassle!
