Being a local resident, the best way of describing the food and service from this Bojangles location is "hit or miss". Sometimes... I get great service and food; most times the service and food is not very good. Missing napkins, innacurately dispatched orders,biscuits that barely saw the inside of the oven, chicken that was overly fried, shrinking portions, rude and unprofessionalpeople at the window, extremely long wait times and much more. I have contacted corporate several times about the issues of thislocation and it seems nobody is listening on the other side. We do not have may choices for dining in Newport and it is a shamethat one of the few restaurants we have gives it's customers such unpleasant dining experiences. This location will be in deeptrouble when Smithfield's opens their doors across walmart and the locals have a better place to eat. Read more
My bo berry biscuits were cold a not done at all ordered fresh ones waited 15 minutes and that's what I got,they rang it up 40... cents more than I paid the day before and price was still the same on the board I asked manager and he was very rude I'll nevergo back to this one ever again???? The food had a good taste. Fries were slightly warm and biscuits were cooked too long, very dry
Granted, my order was a little confusing. They charged us for 3 meals instead of two. Manager fixed it, then put our credit card... -in his pocket-. No big deal, got it back. No straws, no napkins. Annoying, but we had extras in the car. But, They gave mespicy chicken and I couldn't eat it when I got home. Please do better. Read more
