They said would have my food in 35 minutes... not even 20 minutes and they were knocking at my door with it!!!
I?ve had nothing but good experience with ordering from pizza hut. The people who answer the phone provide excellent customer... service and the delivery is always on point. I saw some negative reviews and a lot of these people sound very pathetic andhonestly self absorbed. I give a big shoutout to whoever Chris is. First I waited 20 min to be seated with only 4 tables being served. I was told no pasta available then I was told they have no... med deep dish or stuffed crust available then I'm told that Alfredo sauce is not available. So I am sitting here waiting forfood that I don't really want. The sad part is every time I have come to the newport maine location I have been verydissatisfied with the experience. My last trip here I waited 45 min to get my food with only two other tables being served. Iam to the point that I'm going to start going to the one stop instead. Read more
Good service and pleasant, small little wait but customer service and staff were nice and kind always a good thing and the food... was actually tasty and fresh for chain pizza. Try it, you'll like it, may have a tiny wait but for freshness, tastiness, andgreat service that is something minute to deal with :) Read more
They forgot our extra dipping sauces and were supposed so comp our acct next time we ordered. I just ordered $90 worth of take... out but at least they gave us extra sauces for free. Still was not exactly what i was promised though...but better than nothingfor sure......food is good! Read more
I did not know that they did parties but we has my son's 8th b-day party there and it was great. They were very accommodating... right there with anything we asked for. The kids enjoyed the Pizza's and ordering their own drinks. Not to mention the pricecouldn't be beaten. We had a great time. Thank you Pizza hut. Read more
