The chef fixed me some good 1921 burgers for breakfast. Mighty good ! And a cup of fresh Castle coffee too. Great way to start... the day. The place is remodeled with new restrooms too. I don't think they remodeled the HVAC cause it was cold while waitingfor my food. But other than that it was a good visit. Read more
Never really had any problems here. Cheese sticks and chicken rings always hot and yummy. I also never knew WC uses fresh eggs,... great breakfast sliders. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes, so don't be in a rush, but getting made to order is worth the wait. Read more
I live in Cleveland, Ohio... And there is a sadness that hangs over my city. A true feeling of dispair because we do not have... white castle anymore. Our last white castle restaurant closed down a few years back and it has left me and many other late nightmunchies having people high and dry..... I was so happy to eat it again.... I was in heaven to be eating those golden brownchicken rings and it felt like sin to drink down that world famous vanilla milkshake... Thank you for being such a great place,white castle. This particular store was extra awesome, the food was hot and delicious, the window person was smiling, upbeat andnice... And the milkshake was just how I like it... Extra thick???? Read more
Well to be perfectly honest I have ordered certain things at White Castles here in Newport Kentucky and it was terrible I had... ordered a double fish sandwich and an order of onion chips they tasted just like the fish it was awful I've ordered a fishsandwich another time and in the middle of the fish was a great big lump of something did I report it no what's the sensethey're just going to say I'm sorry and be done with it I have ordered double cheeseburgers and some of the hamburgers were notcompletely done don't know how that could have happened but yeah when I ordered from White Castle's now I inspect what I get andfrom now on I will report it because I live on a very very soon budget and I can't afford to lose money because they don't cooktheir food the way it should be now this don't happen all the time but it has happened and I'm very leery about buying at WhiteCastle although the workers have been very nice to me and respective to me but when it comes to getting inside White Castles andI am in a wheelchair no one comes to help it is very rare that someone might hold the door open for me and that's usually acustomer so yeah you all need those automatic door openers for those of us and wheelchairs scooters and walkers it is very hardfor us to get in and out of your restaurant so please take that in consideration when you read this because our life is hardenough without having to deal with this and with my wheelchair at the dollar store I accidentally busted their door glass andthey know that them automatic door opener should be in place cuz a lot of us are in wheelchairs and scooters and walkers and wehave a hard time getting in so please consider that when you read this thank you and have a blessed day Read more

I love me some Whitey's but this location is hut or miss!! We went a couple days ago and it was some of the best sliders we've... ever had well cooked and put together just as good but last week we went a little later in the evening and it was probably theworst we've ever had. So take that for what it's worth!! The employees there are always amazing they just miss on the qualitysome times!! I guess the question is how much do you like sliders and are you willing to take that chance!! ???????? Also justbecause of that one bad visit we won't stop coming to this location!! Read more
This place is garbage. They are constantly getting my order wrong then wanna be rude & nasty when you call to make then aware... of the mistake. I've gotten better & friendlier services at soup kitchens & that's sad to say. I'll never spend another dime atthis location & hope someday they can get employees that can hear, read & have decent customer service experience. Read more
My order was fine. I did dine in. I did notice that they messed up 3 people orders. There was a very aged man that ordered... the sloppy joes and they gave him the wrong kind and it was very hot to him. He tried to just deal with the mix up butultimately he had decided that they was too hot and asked them to fix the error because his mouth was on fire. I had to help himget his drink refilled and I offered him a antacid pill to help his stomach. My food was served quickly and correct and wasdelicious. Read more
