The smoothies were good but whoever was at the drive thru was extremely rude and got obviously mad that we did not know what we... wanted right away. She did not treat us with respectful customer service and was just flat out rude. Read more
I understand customer service is a quickly dying art, but every time I have visited this particular location, I distance myself... from visiting ANY Smoothie King. Not sure if it?s the environment, or what but these are the most unhappy sounding women.Ordering at the drive through feels as if they are being forced to recite the same lines and could really care less aboutgreeting customers.
