I love Gold Star and choose this establishment over the one that is actually closer to me. I'm only posting a negative review... because this is the second time this has happened and I don't blame the owner unless they're aware. They are open until 12am andthe first time I came at 11:38, to the drive thru and an automated message answers but that's it, then tonight at 11:34, withthree cars ahead. I get the automated message asking if I'd like a combo, then a worker chimes in and says they are done takingorders for the night. I find this absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. I drove to get the food special for someone and now Ilook like the bad person. If you're open to a certain time than please do so. It's as simple as it gets. Love the food and thislocation but management needs to exercise better discipline on hours. Very dissatisfied after this happens for a second time anddisappointing my loved ones yet agai . Read more

We stopped here for lunch before heading back home to Cleveland. We were made to feel like family as soon as we walked in the... door. The staff is warm and genuine and even shared with us other things to do if we wanted to stay a little longer. I wish wehad a place like this back home. We don't come through here often, but I will never come through again without making this astop along the way. Thank you so much! Read more
Double Decker at a chili place? Yes I did. But I ordered a bacon double decker (BLT) and got ham and turkey instead :( I... was so disappointed. I couldn't go back, I was on my lunch break. I went through the drive-thru, and they asked for the order. We gave it, but they never responded. We finally drove to the... window; the headset was sitting on the counter. We waited for about 5 minutes and they never showed up?? Lol Read more

Was alright, the owner got upset with the server because we ordered the wrong thing. I was surprised being from Ohio they didn't... serve burgers. As I was writing this review the owner was going off on the little girl in the picture. She was new but thebest server. Read more
