I would have given this a five star....but I could not in good conscience. The girls making the ice cream were handling money... with gloved hands, and then going back to making the ice cream, without washing hands and changing gloves. As a Chef, that justdidn't sit well with me. They were all professional and the ice cream is always great! But I'd have to see that change. Andeveryone has off days. I will return. Read more
Most definitely needs a new Management, the location is amazing! Team is lost, team members roles are unclear! Ice cream doesn?t... taste good too, And guess what they close at 9:00 pm! Too many teenybopper kids working in the store and are not grown adults or structure, a lot of immaturity going on and cursing... in front of customers! This place 18 years ago was a great place to come and get ice cream and just enjoy going in to trydifferent flavors. We definitely won't be going back to this location for a long time. Read more

We walked in and there was one person working on another order and three girls were just standing around staring at us. They... were not doing anything for at least 5 minutes just walking around talking to one another. The fourth worker finally told themto come take our order. One came over and finally took our order with a very bad attitude. It is a great location, but most ofthe workers are terrible. Read more
