Meh... Once we found the entrance, seriously.. just to find out the dining area was closed... Went thru drive-thru for the... kids... I went to Publix in the same plaza. The employees were doing their best, but they need help. Read more

Pulled up at 9 p.m on 6/23/22 and sign by highway was on the drive thru sign was on and the guy said were closed bc of short... staffed. Then if your closed turn your signs off. The store hours posted are to midnight. The Wendy's by Fisher road closes at8 p.m. every night. Went to McDonald's 2 cars in line got my food in less than 2 minutes. How come McDonald's can hire andstay open to there posted hours but Wendy's can't? Read more
Too damn slow. Fast food is no longer fast food. They only take one order at a time. It's as though they don't take any orders... until that one person has paid and received their food. So what I end up doing is just start giving my order. I do this mainlybecause I am only order the chocolate frosty. So that's pretty hard to screw up. Read more
I realize they're paid starvation wages, but a little bit of customer service would still be nice. I think it's probably a... corporate issue because this isn't the first Wendy's I've gone to that's been out of chocolate frosty. Wasn't told until afterwe'd paid and was only offered a vanilla frosty or other drink. No offer for refund on the frosty or some kind of coupon for thenext time. Everyone there was probably over worked, but no one has money nowadays. It'd be nice if we could look out for eachother. Read more
I love their breakfast menu and there is never a long line when I go. Both the cashier and the packing person we're kind and... gave me big smiles and ask how I was doing. I love customer service and good food. Read more
