There's only 1 cook here that cares enough to make a decent meal. There are 2 in particular (generally at night time) who will... purposely ruin your food. On top of that they're extremely rude and treat customers terribly. I don't know their names but onehas curly dark hair and the other has dark blonde hair. If you see these two in there your best bet is to go elsewhere. By farworst customer service experience ever. Read more
Great lumpy grits this morning. Service really was terrible. I was the only customer. Was visiting this location at 5:40am.... Terrible place to eat. Bad thing about my girlfriend loves to eat here. Terrible way to start your morning. Starting to just goto IHOP. 1st o all the recording says limited carryout.dine in only. We go in and they say carryout only. So we orde $50 in food only... to get home and find out its burned and not even WHT was ordered. Can't even get them on phone. Read more
Jessica was our server, and did amazing! Lil Bit was the manager I believe and when people started piling in after concerts, she... really did a great job keeping things running smoothly and communicating wait times etc with each customer. I wanted a late night snack and I've never been disappointed! This particular location is my go to when I'm craving Waffle... House. They're always nice, the food comes out hot, my order is correct and it's something I can afford. Can't ask for more thanthat! Read more
