15 minutes to get drinks with only 1 other table eating. That table got all the service they needed. Ordered T bone steak and... eggs for me and a waffle for my son. Lousy. Will never eat here again. Ate here as a treat to my grandson. Service was lousy. Tables blocked off and fixed to where... you cannot sit. Customers vaping. Customers cursing. Coffee burnt. Never did get raisin toast. Took over an hour to get food.Was not asked for refills. Read more

Came here after graduation with the family. One waitress, Bre, refused to clean off a table to seat our group. We offered to... help clean the table and she refused the assistance. We then went to the other end of the restaurant to sit. The young girlrolled her eyes and refused to serve us. When we asked Bre for the manager's name and number both waitresses refused to get itfor us. After an hour and a half, our entire group still did not have seats, even though there were tables. Our entire groupwas still without drinks. This was hands down the worst experience at any waffle house that I have ever been to. Read more
I was visiting with family and stopped in super early to get my whole family breakfast. As someone who teaches customer service,... it is rare I am actually impressed. Shay jumped up to help me when I hit the door, was beyond professional, and she went out ofher way to be friendly. Andrew made sure everything was correct and to my liking. Service staff is "excellent" and food is good. We go pass other locations to eat at this location mostly because of the service... staff. The problem we have is an old one that can be easily fixed by management; we and many of the other customers cannotenjoy their meal because of the cold temperature of the restaurant. We really get tired of asking for the AC to be set to anormal level or going back out to the car for a coat. We will eat here less often because of the uncomfortable temperatures. Read more
We finally found a room at this Hotel. That we didn't know existed in Carrible. It was very clean. But cold to me.However.They... supplied a heater.It came in handy for me.I would stay at this Hotel again. Read more
Here on a Wednesday night before thanksgiving. Awful. These two servers could care less about the customers. Add stuff to my... order that I never asked for. Took almost an hour to get a sandwich to go. If I pull in and see these 2 from here on out I willjust find good else where.
