This place is an absolute mess. Been a lot over the few years they?ve been open and it?s progressively gotten worse. Lately when... I?ve been, order two do the same burritos and one was half the size of the other, opened it up and it was a tortilla rolled upempty. Went back in to have it corrected and the kitchen was so nasty with employees touching their phone with gloves on, nohair nets or hats, the floors looked like a food fight had happened. TERRIBLE! Calling the corporation tomorrow! the ?manager ? was so rude when we told her the issue we had with our food. For... starters they got the Mexican pizza order wrong putting beef instead of beans, second they forget 2 items in #6 when we went upthey sounded annoyed, they remade the order with beans but this time they didn?t cut it and only gave one item we were missingin #6, and when we asked they said the item was in the bad but it wasn?t. We went up to the manager after eating and she wasextremely rude talking about how they are understaffed didn?t even apologize one time, mid convo she goes ?I have to get backthere is a line in the drive through- while some of the other workers were standing there doing NOTHING. We ordered a cheese quesadilla but I revived a chicken quesadilla instead. This place is absolutely ridiculous. We are... vegetarian and we can?t eat meat so receiving an order with meat is not acceptable. My daughter almost ate the queadailla butthankfully she asked me what was inside of it since she saw a piece of chicken outside the queadailla. We also made sure thereceipt says CHEESE QUESADILLA and it did so it's wrong for them to give us a chicken quesadilla. This was my order fixed by Taco Bell located on Newnan Crossing Blvd. Spoke with the GM Terry concerning my complaints referred... to door dash who didn?t fix my order and rudely hung up the phone on me. I will never eat from this location. Read more
i never get a receipt, utensils, straw, or sauces. they never fill the items up with food. they can?t even toast the food that... is supposed to be toasted. this happens everytime i go not just once or twice. Read more
Spicy potato taco was good. Beef chalupa was served with a stale shell (filling was okay, but not enough sour cream). They list... coffee and cinnabon delights on their menu despite not selling it anymore. I advise chipotle for ???????? fast food next time. Read more
