I stood in line for almost 10 minutes while the girls working talked to the person in front of me. Then they were unable to... make my drink because they had already closed the frappuccino machine down. They close at 8pm, I was placed my ordered at 7:45pm. I will not order from here again. Totally inconsistent results. No foam no whip gets you 3/4 cup of coffee..totally irritating. I want it to be a full cup of... coffee at the prices that are charged. Many times it tastes like cold or hot milk...no coffee. I've seen many people ask to gettheir drinks to be remade only to get the same thing again and leave in frustration. When my boyfriend and i first got there there were two people infront of us that were waiting for over 30 minutes and they still... did not get their coffee. One lady asked for her money back and one of the workers had a little attitude about it. The otherwaited another 10 minutes before she got her coffee. The time we were there the workers were talking and goofing off and notdoing their job. We waited there for 20 minutes and he finally tells us that the chocolate was out, we asked for our money back.I was going to wait for my coffee so we waited another 5 minutes and he tells us the coffee was out, this is very unprofessionaland i will not be returning.... Do not know how to make the drink I order its always different. Its a green tea latte. There is few employees that even know... what your talking about when you try to customize an order. Ive been there and they had look up how to make it.. they needpeople with more expierence I drive 10 minutes up the road now so I can get my drink made right. Read more
The people at this Starbucks in Kroger are so nice! I've never had a bad experience. Today my son and I went in and 2 guys were... working (I regret not getting their names!) But, they were SO SWEET and talkative and really made my day. Our drinks came outperfect and they were so nice to my 7 year old. Thank yall so much! Read more
