I stood in line for almost 10 minutes while the girls working talked to the person in front of me. Then they were unable to... make my drink because they had already closed the frappuccino machine down. They close at 8pm, I was placed my ordered at 7:45pm. I will not order from here again. Totally inconsistent results. No foam no whip gets you 3/4 cup of coffee..totally irritating. I want it to be a full cup of... coffee at the prices that are charged. Many times it tastes like cold or hot milk...no coffee. I've seen many people ask to gettheir drinks to be remade only to get the same thing again and leave in frustration.
