Me and my Son was waiting 30 minutes in line and the lady gave me A dirty look and didn't even Acknowledge us. Then she ask the... cowork that just got there should I take there oder. The other lady said No don't take there oder I will. The 2nd lady wastalking to her friends then took our oder. My son was sad ????????????. On the website Starbucks said that they will be open for 8am. I spoke with a target employee and they informed me that a worker... didn?t show up for the shift and they won?t be available until 11am but by then I will have to wait 3 hours to get my coffee andbreakfast before I attend work. I never have an issue with customer service. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Rather, it is frustrating to drive across... town and for this Starbucks to seem to be randomly closed. If you?re relying on coffee to start your day, I do not recommendgoing to this Starbucks. Some days it?s open. Some days it?s closed. Some days they?ll let you inside. Someone needs to clean house here and start over from management down! The drive thru is always a 15-20 minute wait. Drive thru line is ridiculous and slow. You are stuck if you want to get out. Sat there for over 15 minutes before I could... order, then was told they don't know what an Almond Milk Horchata Frappuccino is. Every other Starbucks I go to knows what itis.
