Very poor customer service. My wife and I walked in and the store was completely empty aside from the one planet smoothie... employee, who was standing at the register talking to someone on her phone using face time. We stood there ready to order forabout a minute before she tells whoever she's talking to "Here we go again. Well, I've gotta go. I've got customers. Again."with a sigh. Appalled with the attitude the mixed girl with the lace front gave us while entering the store. It's almost 8 and when we walk... in she said just let me know when youre ready -long sigh- she then asked her coworker loudly "WhAt TimE dO We sTArT ClOsiNg aT 8aGaIN" Like? Calm down. It's OK. My husband and I went to this planet smoothie for the first time and received the worst customer service from Chelsea.. she was... standing at the register on her phone when we walked in, she did not greet or speak to us, just simply asked what can I get foryou? After she finished with the order she rang us up and that was it..She Didn?t say thank you for coming in, have great day,Bye etc just stood there and looked at us.. As we were leaving, there was a lady and her daughter coming in, she didn?t greetthem either so at least she?s consistent with the horrible customer service? This will be our first and last time going to thisplanet smoothie.
