I ordered pick up on 9/23/22 and got a 9oz filet MEDIUM WELL. This is what it looked like. I wish I would?ve checked it before I... left because I would?ve had them cook it more. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed dinner tonight. We sat at the bar with no wait. Our server made vodka & tonic's just the way... we like them, with real tonic water, on the rocks in a short glass, with lime. He suggested a non-menu item, blackened grilledchicken, 12 oz. served with two sides. The chicken was cooked just right, juicy and tender. It's frustrating to receive a take out order of the 7 pepper steak SALAD with the steak on the side! I have a plastic knife to... cut the steak with. The steak should have been cut up and put on the salad for heavens' sake. I am having to pick up the steakand bite it and then fork some salad to get the steak salad effect. Ridiculous. Longhorn does not disappoint ever with their meat, Food was very flavourful and still hot when picked up...Steaks were moist and... prepared as requested, Sweet Potatoes and bread- warm and soft...Great customer service, it was communicated that there would bea wait time which I greatly appreciated. The only thing lacking was my doughnuts, it was described on the menu as being tossedin cinnamon sugar and served with chocolate sauce, I try to limit my chocolate intake due to medical conditions so I couldn'tfully enjoy the doughnuts as a dessert item since there was no sweetness to it, they totally forgot the cinnamon sugar part.Overall the meal was on point, I never feel like my money is wasted when it's spent here. Ordered takeout for 2. The ordering process was easy but all of their curbside spots were taken up so we had to go in and wait... longer to pick up. This obviously wasn't the staff's fault but still was frustrating. The food was pretty good. I appreciatedthey put the loaded baked potato toppings on the side so I could add them at home. Only complaint was lettuce in the salads wasvery brown. Read more
Date: Sept 5th, 2021 , arrived around 2pm. The selected dishes in the pics was well prepared. Good food and overall service....
