Honestly the customer service was trash. We sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before we pulled to the window where we were told... they ?closed early? due to ?short staffing? even though we seen the car before us served, and we seen two employees run off whenwe pulled around. When we told the girl at the window there was a line behind us (so she could tell them) she shrugged hershoulders and said ?mhm? w/ attitude. Honestly not worth it. Read more
We sat at the drive-thru for 15 minutes thinking that possibly they were just busy by some chance. No one ever answered us so we... drove around to see that all of the workers were just sitting at the tables not doing a thing other than playing on theirphones. Read more
Came back to edit my review because I went today (10/5/22) and the lady at the drive through window was so sweet. She was... polite, kind, and even complimented my dog which is the way to my heart! I would come back just to see her. They are busy andunderstaffed, but my order was correct and delicious! I appreciate them and their hard work! Read more
I got a sackful of cheese Krystal's and they were hot and fresh. The lady at the window was so nice and has a contagious smile.... Every time I've gone there the drive thru people are super friendly. Read more
Service is below average. I have interacted with the same older lady at the window and she's rude and unpleasant. Just stay... home if you don't want to work. I purchased a large coffee and she acted like I was annoying her because i asked for cream andsugar. Food is good but the service will keep me away. Read more

Had not eaten here in ages but we stopped in today. The employees were friendly and considerate the food was really good. Hot... and Fresh.... however, I do not like the new fries. The fries were beautifully cooked to perfection but not Krystalfries...which I loved. We will definitely be back though. We want to thank you and your employees for being open. We enjoyedDining In. Honestly save yourself the time sat in line for 20 mins called the store no answer it was 6 pm no signs on building or speaker... to indicate they were closed. Eventually went to the window three employees were sitting on their phones at the window girlopens it and said get the fu** out of here we are closed and went of to say get mad I don?t care about this job.
