Free food!!! That's what I thought, they were giving away...free food. The line was wrapped around the building. I am new to the... area and did not know KFC was like that. Now I know why! First of all the customer service, they sincerely asked me how I wasand told me to have a nice day. It was drive thru utopia. The food was A-1! My family enjoyed their dinner. Great KFC location. We got the tenders bucket, with two sides, chicken was good but gravy and potatoes wasn't like the good ole days, very generic,... bathrooms and overall cleanliness was Poor, service was good , dining area was clean but bathrooms and overall area was not upto standards.. Read more
They always seem to forget something with our order so I usually check it before we leave this time rushing I didn't get a... chance. Well they forgot the gravy for a family size mashed potato after being told they didn't have all the chicken to make myorder. Read more
Only 1 person working the counter and 6 people were in line waiting over 20 minutes to be helped. Probably at least 15 cars in... the drive thru. But the food was really good. Read more
For a long time now KFC has been going down hill, the taste isn't the same and the service just sucks. But when I went to this... location in Newnan Ga the service was really good, the young lady behind the counter didn't act like she didn't want to be thereand gave me great service. I like livers but I don't like them cooked well done, I asked her to have them cooked really lite andshe did they turned out perfectly I recommend this one. Read more
These people get no stars, my child and I sat and waited 20 minute's before we were told that they didn't have what I ordered.... Then the young woman and manager got so rude and it was almost a real altercation. I. Too of that several other people in therestaurant that have been waiting for I er 49 minunts as it was explained to me. Thank you SHAMAYA for the friendly, good fast service. The food was very good. I forgot there were new fries and they were... awesome! The only issue was I only got four tenders and not five as I ordered. The other order had all five tenders. A goodvalue of a meal. I was getting back on the road and by the time I opened my box I was already on the highway. We aren?t locals. Read more
Tasty but very inaccurate with order. I ordered 12pcs and they just gave me 6pcs. Also, ordered Mac and Cheese but gave mashed... potato. Good thing that I checked before I left the store. However, staff kindly apologized. I also made my order with app andset up the pickup time. But waited more than 15min for my order. They didn?t even printed the ticket.
