Lobby closed even though the door sign listed it as open at 6am. Currently 8:45am. Asked at the drive-thru, said it was open but... then had to retract the statement when another employee said it wasn't. Ordered chicken biscuit, got pork chop. Unable to givethe bagged pork chop biscuit back to be thrown away and no outdoor garbage can so had to carry it with us until the next stop onour trip. Read more
This place is hands down the worst in the area. Corporate needs to clean house. I don't think I have ever seen a single happy... employee at this place. I give a second star because most of the time the food is something you could eat. Read more

Got there today at 2pm. No response from the drive thru so we pulled up to the windows . Workers wouldn?t even come to the... window to explain if something was wrong. Just waved us to leave?..I could have never done that when I was working in therestaurant biz. Actually we?ve never encountered that ever either. Looking at the other reviews seeing the owner responded andwas made aware of the problem and it?s still going on means it will not change until higher up steps in. Read more
The drive thru is incredibly slow here. The past 3 times that I have been, there have been 3-4 cars ahead of me and it takes at... least 30 minutes (I've timed it). It doesn't seem very under-staffed. Whenever I pull up to the window, there are at least 4workers that I can see. It's not like they are being careful, because they often get my order wrong. I typically order 4-6steak or bacon egg and cheese biscuits. So it's not like I've ordering anything unusual. I'm not sure what's so difficult aboutcounting out biscuits. When they do get the order wrong, it's not like I can just go inside for them to fix it. They have allof the doors locked so no one can come in. If I wanted to tell them that the order was wrong, I would have to get back in lineand wait another 30 minutes. Also, there was one occasion where all of the workers were inside but the doors were locked andthey closed the drive thru. Their hours are very inconsistent. I have pretty much given up on this place as it seems that theworkers have also given up on this place. If you are on the highway looking for a place to eat. This is not the place becauseit's probably not going to be open. If it is open, it's going to take you at least 30 minutes and your order will be wrong. And you won't be able to use their bathrooms. Worse Hardee's in Georgia. No large drinks (no cups), cheap paper towels as napkins, chicken tenders batter crust falling off... & they were cold inside, coke mixture was off (tasted like soda water) plus they were short staffed so we couldn't used therestrooms. Read more
