Maybe wrong day to come idk. Bunch of young adults hanging around. Cashier walked away from register while I was standing... there to go look out window ???? Manager has to holler at him like what are you doing?? Kids running in and out of store.Loitering outside of store. Making mess inside of store. It was chaos. And yes before you advocates start screaming, I?ve hadteenagers, and I made sure I popped up enough times to let them know u never know when Dad or I will pop up so act how you werebrought up! The cussing, hollering, throwing trash, pushing each other, rough housing the girls ??????????? it?s chaos. Myfood was ok. The sandwhich wasn?t made correctly but I love 5 guys so they got it correct enough. My Cajun fries were fire???? ????, too much seasoning . Won?t be visiting this location ever again. Read more
Hubby had a hamburger with ketchup & mustard...burger was juicy with that good kind of griddle crisp on it. I went with the hot... doggie with ketchup and it was really good. Fries were cooked to perfection but a little over salted. Love that they are one ofthe very few places where you can still get real, hand cut fries. They also have the make-it your way coke fountain machineswhich I like because you can change your mind with each refill. Wasn't super busy for supper so we got out food fast and fresh!Just a little less salt on the fries and it would have been a 5?? rating. Definately an improvement from our last visit. Read more
As for the food from Five Guys as always it was great. The driver delivered my food but forgot my chocolate shake. He told me... Five Guys has bad customer service and that he will go back and get it. He took my receipt and I never heard back from him. Henever delivered my shake. I was extremely disappointed in the driver, he made a commitment and didn?t keep it. Read more
I ordered a cheese burger with ketchup and mustard only, easy right? When I got my burger it was dripping with ketchup and... mustard. I couldn't even eat it, the soda tasted like cough syrup and my fries were cold. This meal cost me $21.00, really? Iwon't be back. Read more

This store had the friendliest group of people I've ever encountered at a Five Guys and I've eaten at these restaurants all over... the east coast from Atlanta to Boston. From the cashier to the person cleaning the tables and floor they were all cheerful andconcerned about our experience at the store. The restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms, and the food as always wasexcellent! Milkshakes too! Read more
First time eating at this location and we can honestly say ? we probably won?t go back. Young teenagers walked in before us,... asked for a cup and got a free drink (what??). They proceeded to refill as the evening progressed and sat outside cussing and'hanging out' in the front as patrons passed. The staff was unorganized and to make it worse, the place was disgustingly dirty. I?m not referring to people eating the free peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor. I?m talking about food on the floorand smashed from people stepping on it, dirty napkins and straw wrappers. and ketchup packets that were stepped on and spread onthe floor. Read more
