45 minute wait on 2 bagels! This place is understaffed and it shows in their customer service. Don't be upset if you wait... longer than you should for toasted bread and microwaved eggs. I never had a bad experience at this Einstein. I am too lazy to go in so I can only talk about the drive thru. Best service... given, I mean some days I ask for a yummy recommendation and they are always on point. The coffee shake is pretty good as well.For me, it's a one stop breakfast spot. Out of Lox and parfaits at 10:30am. I've come here twice to try and get lox and they have been out both times leaving me very... disappointed. Aside from that they have great, fresh bagels and sandwiches (although they are pretty light). Staff are friendlyand the restaurant is very clean. A variety of seating, and a nice choice of coffee make it a really cozy environment. I willprobably call before i come next time to see if they have any Lox. Read more

Very good! I can see that the reviews show that the food takes forever, but they don?t understand that staff can be shorted. The... food does take forever because everyone is getting bagel sandwiches and there?s only so many people behind the small counter. Ithink they?re doing a fine job keeping it together. I always think Einstein bagels is delicious. I decided to venture off and try something new, ie the avocado bagel. As you can... see from the picture, I thought it would be a spread like the photo advertised, but I got a bunch of chunks. The first half wasspread though. This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. First, when we arrived at the register to order, the... cashier had some difficulty entering an item so the manager came over to help. We ordered two combo meals, but it would appearthat the manager cleared what the cashier had entered and started over without telling us. The total was $18, but when the foodcame out, we received one meal and one coffee. This was after thirty minutes of waiting. Thinking the kitchen was stillworking on my meal, I walked up to the counter to check on it. This is when the manager told me that I had only ordered onemeal and would need to place another order. On top of all this, the self-serve coffee was unavailable, and what I was givenfrom the back was lukewarm. We left highly disappointed, and went on to Bojangles to get the second meal we needed.
