Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a turkey cake for my husband since his birthday was on Thanksgiving day. I placed the... order on Tuesday around 12: 00pm online. It was supposed to be ready on thanksgiving day at 1:30pm option that was online forpick up times. Also, I ordered cookies and cream flavor and on my ordered it said Pralines and cream. When I get to the store itwas closed and no one was there. This was really inconvenient for me since it was my husband's birthday cake. I went to thestore the next morning, which it was today and they didn't even make the cake for me. The only answer I received from one of theemployees was I don't know what happened to your order! seriously?? I told her I want a refund please, gave it to me and onlysaid I'm sorry! They didn't take my situation into consideration and didn't even offer me anything to make my situation better,could've at least offer to make a me cake or give me another one. Worst store ever, never purchasing nothing from there. Willnever go back and I mean it, they did the same thing with my friend's order too! Read more

Avoid at all costs. This location cannot get it together. I was very excited when they opened, but the employees have no idea... what they are doing (forgivable), but beyond that, are just unnecessarily rude. You get bad food, if you get anything at all.Not worth the trouble when there is another Dunkin? just one exit north of this one (exit 47). Read more

Terrible Service! Nobody acknowledged me and the two people behind me! Entire staff of 4 were working on drive thru and... doordash! The lady behind me walked out. I left shortly after. Nobody said we'll be with you or anything! I guess only drivethru is important at this location! Read more

Ok, so my favorite coffee chain missed the mark this time. We came inside rather than using the drive through for the sake of... time. The young lady who took our order either wasn't paying attention or didn't know how to perform her job by putting what weasked for in the system correctly. We received our coffee and both were wrong. We'd ordered 1, regular cream and sugar and 1,regular cream and 2 Splenda. Nothing fancy but, neither were sweet and 1 had almost no cream. We'd gotten to the car and had togo back in to get it fixed. The error was corrected. We decided while we were back in the store to order a few munchkins. Nobig deal except, the person who took another customers cash money with his gloved hands then preceeded to grab ourmunchkins. Why...management, I'm sure you train team members to change their gloves and/or not take money if they are assignedto the food prep area. Please educate your staff on proper food handling. Today is the second time getting cold decaf coffee. I know you may not sell a lot of decaf but if someone pay and ask for hot... decaf coffee, please give them what they pay for. I let it go the first time but not twice! Read more

LaKeida, an employee, totally turned around all experiences I've had at this location. My first visit when they first opened was... great but the customer service had been on a constant decline every time I'd visited since. This visit though, was great. Shewas helpful, very pleasant and very good at sales :) I hope I get to do business with her again in the future. I ended up withmuch more than I went in to purchase but I'm still very pleased with the entire experience. This girl needs a raise! I will beback. Thank you! ???? Read more

Totally burnt!! I didn?t realize it right away because I took it with me to work to eat later. You know when you cook and wrap... this up that it?s burnt but you still do it! No matter what you do for a living you should take some pride in your work! Alsowhen this store first opened the customer service was good! It?s almost like there was a training group there and then ithappened??Don?t see the same folks that appeared to be of leadership and there are new people and no one of leadership thatcares about good customer service is to be found. Just another purchased franchise business where the owner only cares aboutcost cutting and lack of customer service! Enjoy the decline in the bottom line because I certainly go to this establishment alot less! I?m picky about what businesses I give my money to!!!! It has to be worth it!!! DOBA CAFE IN NEWNAN!!!! My coffee was watered down and had no flavor. I tasted no brown sugar or caramel. It also had no sweetner like I asked. This... location is lacking bigtime. Out of the 10 times I've come here over had like 1 good experience. I go here because it is theclosest to my home. Read more
