Store 352698 needs serious help. I don?t know what they are smoking, but 12 times (not even exaggerating) we ordered 3... cappuccino blast, 1 coke, 1 croissant, and 25 munchkins. Still Natasha got it Wrong. Then took the order again and had the nerveto tell me to hold on. It took her 10 minutes to get me to the next window from repeating the order over and over and over?thisis definitely not Natasha?s line of work. I feel the manager appeared just as frustrated. Ok I gave it another shot this morning and it's terrible! They don't mix the drinks and they don't even make it the way you ask.... If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed as this is the only Dunkin here. So sad! Very slow drive-thru and walk in.Waiting in line for over 10 minutes and still not making it to order is ridiculous. I walked in store but couldn't get waited on. You're was a line for on line orders and a big confusion there. A line at the... other counter and a confusion there. I just turned around and left. It was probably just as well. The last time I was there Igot stale donuts . I just really needed a coffee for my long drive. Since I felt invisible I just left. Read more
Asked for fresh browns, got a affirmed headnod but the brown were not.
Drive through order board posted $3 iced latte but cashier said they were no longer that price, the board was broken and the... price was $4 something. I demanded the advertised price, so the manager met me at the window and said may I help you...I'm likeno. She asked if the app had the $3 price and it did. So, I was able to get the deal. But, even if I did not have the app, Iwould still expect the advertised price. Paper and tape still works to cover the wrong price! It saves the customer and workerson stress. But, the latte and egg bagel bites were delicious!! Read more
Great staff and service. Low on donuts before closing. Great with my eight year old. Treated all of us line people, not just... the next one in line. Clean and able to social distant at spread out tables. Read more
Im not sure who manages this place. But the employee working the register needs to be retrained with Customer Service values. Im... from out of town so not sure if this is an everyday occurrence. Maybe its bc we came inside at 7:55 and they were mopping forthe 10 pm closing time. Hoping for a better experience if there is a next time... Read more
