I ordered the cookie butter Ice-cream in a waffle bowl with butterscotch sauce (they forgot that last part). The Ice-cream... itself was delicious! My waffle bowl wasn't quite cooked in parts, so it was soft and I wasn't able to break it apart. I plan togive them another try soon. Read more

My family and I went in there today for my daughters birthday and there were 3 girls working who were standing in front of the... counter just arguing. Two girls apparently hid the keys of another girls and were pretty much just being mean bullies to the onegirl. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. It was very sad to see 3 young ladies in todays time arguing and being so rude toeach other. I hope the manager knows about all of this and can rethink about who they hire or schedule together. Went to grab some ice cream with my son. Service was okay, but felt like we inconvenienced them. Very overpriced for the amount... of ice-cream and the flavor the bland. The place wasn't very clean considering no one was inside. Their food score is 86, didn'tsee that till I sat down. Won't return. Save your money and get ice cream that tastes like ice-cream. What you see is definitely what you get. There's no false advertising in the pictures of what they serve. Price is a little... high, but you're paying for quality. And the customer service and speed of service is great. Kids love watching the nitrogen offgassing. Read more
