Slow carry out service. All the trash cans were full. Not what I?d expect from Chick fil A. Needs improvement.

Of Course being a native of Georgia, how could I ever not enjoy the food to the fullest. The taste and flavor never... changes. My only concern is how the food superstar has had to create such high outdoor ordering. I completely understand withall that has changed in the world, yet I do miss the running to friends that I use to see at Chic fila. Early morning app orders are the worst. Never acknowledge when you walk in, continue to act as if you're not there, carrying on... unnecessary conversation instead of pushing out orders & they encourage you to order through the app on the sign. Bring back theold people who did mobile orders please! Food is usually hot and fresh but not today. The drive-thru is the way to go if you areneeding faster service but it's slipping. Read more
Poplar Rd location. Food was good but place was filthy. Floors were covered in food and napkins under tables, and tables needed... cleaning. Lots of kids working and clowning around when they could have been sweeping and wiping tables. Read more

Do not got to this Chick-fil-A it is not quality like the others. Drive through time is extremely long due to children playing... instead of taking orders. My personal opinion they need a more qualified manager I wouldn?t want someone running my businessinto the ground. Read more
