Stopped by to grab a quick dinner? big mistake. Dinning room closed. Less than 10 cars in drive through so I figured why not?it... took 52 minutes to get food? including around 15 minute wait at the pickup window with 3 employees asking me 4 separate times ifI?m ?Jeff? My 91 year old Mother & i eat here about three times a wk. It's extremely close to us & my Mother loves their Whopper Jr. i... love pretty much everything there. The servers are very nice & friendly. They even call me by my name & one of them makes it apoint to run to the drive thru window to say HELLO, even if she's not working the drive thru window. NOW THAT'S FRIENDLY. This BK is new and designed like no other that I have seen. It is huge inside, with high ceilings and upscale restaurant... furniture, flooring, registers and lighting fixtures. It looks like a venue for a nice graduation party. The Amazing play areais a very large Jungle gym, like a park. Bathrooms are nice and everything was spotless. Impressive!! All that being said,service was a little slow but staff was very friendly and efficient. They were understaffed., but food was well made, hot andfresh when we got it. Nice BK with terrific outdoor play area... Very slow counter service, drive thru is the priority here. They accept coupons,... which saves you a lot! Ice cream is good, better than most. Dining room and restrooms very clean. Read more
The food was good once we got it but the line was wrapped around to the door and they were only taking care of the drive thru.... The manager said she couldn't take orders.until they cleared the screen so everyone just waited (or left). Then when we went toleave I needed a lid and straw since the dispensers were out and she made me wait while she finished looking at the order screenagain and then proceeded to help someone else at the counter. By far the worst customer service ???? Unbecoming of a "manager"!My recommendation is to buy food elsewhere and bring your kids to play. Read more
We were greeted by Sue when we first walked in, which was a nice welcome. The order was up quickly and all of the food was very... good. The restaurant was very clean. Sue made sure we had straws, napkins and anything else we might need. She was the mainreason my experience was so pleasant, as no other employees really went above and beyond or even did more than just take ourorder. Other customers seemed to know her as well. Holy playground! Kids had a great time eating French toast sticks and playing outside. They should prob empty the trash cans... outside more often, but other than we had a great time. They have some enclosed slides that don?t get morning dew on them whichis very nice. Read more
I have attempted ordering food here twice in the last month. The first time the dining was closed with a sign dining area... closed. Today the drive thru was not moving and I went inside. I asked if I could order and was promptly told we just took a bigorder and it?s gonna be a bit. I believe if you are a fast food establishment then it should be quick not slow.
