So this is the 3rd time in like 2-3 weeks that I've gotten breakfast and french toast sticks and haven't gotten syrup. I know... this is a small complaint, the food is always wonderful...I haven't had a BK actually make hash browns perfect every time.They're usually under or over cooked. But this is the 20th time or so that I've had breakfast there and it's still on point. Mygripe is the syrup. She even asked me "do you need any jelly's or anything?" I said "nope, just the syrup for the Frenchtoast"...*hands bag* "okay! Then have a great day!"...I drive off, and there's no syrup in my bag. Again, this is like the 3rdtime in a few weeks not having syrup. I personally only use one, so me asking "can I have extra syrup" means if they gave mesome, some are being thrown away ... Please just make sure that the one item that uses syrup on the menu, is placed with thematching condiment. :( Thank you Read more
Sat in the drive thru (1.5 hours before closing) for 15+ minutes without moving. Called the store to make sure they hadn't... closed early, or were short staffed. Waited another 10ish minutes. Still nobody working the drive thru. We ended up leaving. Aswe drove by we saw at least 4, if not 5 employees, 1 person at each window, & 2 or 3 people at the front registers. (Lobby wasclosed) Hopefully something was going on, that we weren't aware of, but overall very poor experience! Read more
Fries are always fresh, good burgers I would say Always check your bag to make sure Everything you ordered or asked for is... there. I've been assured it was correct numerous times especially in the mornings only to find out it's NOT! So frustrating whenyou've reached your destination to find missing items, no salsa for burritos, no sauce for nuggets. Fix these issues BK andyou'll get 5stars! I've repeatedly been let down at the drive thru window in the mornings. Time is everything when your on wayto drop kids at school then to work. I had not eaten Burger King in years. Just recently placed a drive thru order and glad to see that the flavor is still there.... The burger was good and fries were hit. But, the chicken sandwich was a little dry. Hope to visit again sometime. Read more
Service there is terrible! Manager snatch the sandwich out of my hand when I politely asked her if she could change my sandwich... out for a plain one when I asked for it. I understand that there?s a staff shortage but when you work with the public you shouldremain professional at all times and that manager couldn?t seem to do so. Read more
Extremely slow and apparently cant follow directions. We had ordered a whopper junior meal and with light mayo and wound up with... enough mayo for 3 other burgers. Everything else was good but with so much mayo the burger was just vial and inedible. Read more
Service and time is great here. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The food quality however is horrible. The... lettuce and tomatoes are always soggy. The meat doesn't taste quite like it used to. I think it's a burger King problem and notan employee problem. Read more
I tried the Ghost Pepper Whopper today and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a little hot, but not too hot. I really enjoy this... location. You can tell that this place is a step above most other Burger King locations. It is very clean and has good play areafor kids. The atmosphere here is peacful and calm. I will be back. Read more
