First time app user so I got a free 2 pc chicken with 1 side and a biscuit. Didn't order a drink. First it was supposed to be a... leg and a thigh but I got a wing and part of a breast? The side was a small fry but they gave me 2. They seemed a little dry tomy taste. The biscuit was good. I had negative experience with customer service while in the drive thru. My order was incorrect. The woman working customer... service came to the window and said I didn't pay for 3- BO sandwiches . I told her my order was still incorrect and I do not mind paying for the 3rd sandwich. The cashier did not give me a receipt. The woman who gave me my food wanted to argue with meabout a sandwich. I was pulling off and she yelled "fat,ugly,a**). I parked my vehicle. The manager saw me and asked the isthere a problem. She claimed she did not hear the woman say that although she was walking towards the window while I was stillthere. I said I need corporates number. She tells me it is on the receipt. I told her I didn't get a receipt. I calledcorporate. A message had to be left. As of today, no one has contacted me in regards to the matter. The date of the incident wason September 20. This is the chicken sandwich BLT version, $5.99 for half a piece of burnt bacon, tuft of lettuce, and tomato fraction. As if... this weren?t bad enough, the whole thing was cold. I will not be returning. Also, the fries are rarely fresh when I happen toorder from this location. Last time when I asked for extra seasoning on my fries, the staff member refused and told me I had topurchase an entire seasoning bottle. Read more
This Location 2800 Hwy 34 East, Newnan,Ga is a DUMP!!! I will never give them a hard earned penny of mine and the whole... franchise for that manner. Store #1238 has the poorest management and crew members with the laziest customer service ever. Thefood is always cold and burnt. They are so desperate to have someone working a shift there that they themselves( allmanagement)could care less about integrity and training the drive thru/cashiers/servers to take pride in it. Unbelievably slow for a place that serves mainly chicken biscuits. 30 minute wait times that you could literally make your own... chicken biscuit in that time. The drive thru is also designed so you cannot leave. I spent 30 minutes this morning in drive thrubefore I left.
