I have had great service prior to this, I ordered curbside pickup. My order was to be ready at 6:35, I arrived at 6:45 (traffic... on the way) I sat in my car for 10 minutes, so I went inside and asked for my order, I was told someone would bring it rightout, I did not get my order as I was told, I waited another 15 minutes went back in and got my order, was told we are very busysorry for the wait, our good was cold when I got home, pasta was ok but the chicken was tough, the beef nachos were soggy andthe beef was dry and over cooked. Really enjoy the atmosphere for sure. The hostess was funny and entertaining. We thought nothing about having to wait for a... table. Party of two and we ordered the meal for two and some extra stuff. Totally enjoyed every bit. Great drink and alcoholselection. Service was good, yet could've been better. Honestly worst Applebee?s experience I?ve ever had? ordered a kids meal, chicken strips and fries, it came out cold. Ordered the... Bourbon Street Steak cooked to medium, well yea they had to mess that up too, brought out a charred piece of meat? no toppingsor butter just the sirloin charred to a crisp and some broccoli on the side. Oh that $1 add a dozen shrimp to your order doesn?texist. They apparently forgot about that and came back saying do you still want that? No I?ve been here for over an hour waitingon a steak cooked to medium. When I finally received the steak it was over cooked again just with the correct Bourbon Streettoppings. Should have seen that 3 star average and ran far away from here. Oh and check out what and how they serve theirbrownie bite? Definitely avoid this place! Great atmosphere fantastic menu. Lots of drinks and beer to choose from. Seating took about 30 minutes due to being busy and... maybe not enough staff. Once seated the service was attentive and efficient. The meal was really good. Eating good in theneighborhood. Again! Read more
To Go/Delivery orders are not their thing. I loved my French Onion soup, but they forgot my drink and my chicken bourbon had... literally 6 shrimp and an over cooked piece of chicken. I didn't realize 3/4 of this dish was mash potatoes... The experienceitself left much to be desired. Good thing I had a gift card...but it also feels like a waste... Apple bees have gone down hill. It doesn't matter which one I go to the food is not good and it's cold. It may would have been... ok if it was hot. You knew good and well this food was cold before you brought it out to me. Why you didn't tell the cook tomake me some fresh food? These fries and chicken tenders been sitting out and then you want to serve it to me? The only thingthat was good was the sweet tea. I asked for a Ceasars salad and got some other salad with stale croutons in it and ranciddressing. Only reason I came here is because someone gave me a gift card. Please do better Applebee's. It's really dirty. The food wasn't good and I was kinda scared to eat it because the place is so nasty. The silverware was... dirty. There's dead Flys everywhere. But the waitress was really nice. Read more
Took my son here Wednesday night. Food was by far worst I have ever had at an Applebee's. The people next to us had their food... burned. My son's steak was burned on the outside but uncooked on the inside. It probably wasn't thawed out before thrown inoven. Everything on the plate was sloppy like a child put it together. I then realized that the waitress was likely the cookalso. I paid full price for a horrible meal I wouldn't give to my dog. This is not acceptable and I would like my $ back.
