This location is absolutely horrible. The cashiers are so SLOW. The older lady which I believe is the owners wife DOES NOT... understand how to do the job she?s been given. She needs to be taken off of the register. She also does not know how to preparethe customers items. She literally has to read the receipt six times and open up the food containers to double and triple checkit. She has no confidence in her ability to perform her job properly. I understand you?re short of help but this is justridiculous. It?s as if you?re making a woman work who doesn?t want to be there and doesn?t fully understand or even comprehendthe job given to her. It?s sad to watch. I feel that she is confused and doing her absolute best. With that being said thoughshe doesn?t seem capable of handling her responsibilities in a timely manner. It?s making for a very negative experience for thecustomers who dine here. Read more
Good location but bad employees. If you?re lucky enough to get them to answer the phone, expect to be asked to hold and they not... bother to come back to the phone (took me appropriately 13 minutes to make it to the store, on hold the entire time) when I saidsomething to them about being left on hold and forgotten about, I couldn?t get a simple apology from any of the frontlineworkers. This one is skimpy. Ordered sub turkey and ham and they put only 1 sliced ham and 1/2 slice of turkey. The sandwich looked like... a child made. It had minimum toppings. Not a place to get a cold cut sub Waste of money. Kroger may be better. Read more
I see a lot of reviews about their food and it being wonderful, but let?s look at their customer service and they?re inability... to hand someone food that was ordered ahead of time and sitting behind them for 10 minutes getting cold while they just talk totheir friend that?s also at front counter. I arrived at 4:11pm and got my food at 4:20pm on Friday may 21st 2021. Just in casewhomever is in charge here wants to have a talk with the their lazy employees. Food is always fantastic when we can order. But lately the phone has not been working. Definitely not helping your business!!... Not sure what the deal is but definitely annoying. I rather call the one by Walmart and place an order then having to drive tothis one, order and wait for the food. Please fix whatever is going on with your phone.
