Awful customer service and behavior. No recommended at all
Came here close to closing (my bad) but the person working was extremely rude, unprofessional, and gave us half the serving size... (even though we ordered a large). It only filled up half the cup. There was one fresh strawberry cut up. Read more

Very slow & unprofessional.Sunday at 3pm Ordered wafle- was told 10min wait. Asked staff 15min later was told i needed to wait... another 10 min or more or get refund. I had an all right experience here with their Presotea menu. I went for the advertised Passionfruit Green Tea with Coconut Jelly... and Pearl- it was more expensive than competitors' options, but I was hoping the pictured passionfruit chunks would make up forit. It turns out that despite the advertised picture containing more passionfruit chunks than pearls and jelly combined, Iended up getting no fruit at all. They use flavored syrup, and added enough that it blocked out the taste of the green teaitself. Other than that, service was good, comparable to others in terms of speed and interaction. Read more
