Mr owner work on Customer Service If not hire a store manager Never coming back!
Server was ok but The environment inside doesn't look hiegenic. Not a fit place to serve food, wonder if city did inspection.
All I can say is yikes. Fiancé and I went for lunch, doors were closed at 12:45 but opens @ 11:00 - the owner ran out to open... up. Walked in, bar was so gross - the fridge had a film of dirt, garbage all behind - dead flies and dust on thetables. Ordered drinks, took 10 minutes. When we got our drinks, my cup had a disgusting film of filth around the entirething. The straw I was given was completely filled with black mold inside. When I told him, he just took my straw and broughtme another one with dirty hands. - didn?t offer a new drink after the mold infested straw was sitting in the cup or the sludgearound it period. Owner was very rude to the customer ahead of me and got in to argument with the dash the dishes deliver guy. Restaurant was... empty around 7pm and the owner/manager didn't offer any drinks while I wait (his loss since I needed a cold one). Not sure Iwill come back. Read more
There was only one guy working there and he wouldn?t ask you what you wanted you instead would have to always flag him down and... tell him what you wanted, also got my order wrong and the overall atmosphere is not good in there. You could go to just aboutany other bar and it would be better. Read more
We ordered 2 pounds of wings with fries and told to wait 15mins. Once we got our order the wings were cold in the packaging and... the sauce had obviously been put on cold as well. The wings were obviously made prior to our order, which is disgusting. If wehadn't found out before getting home, we would have demanded a refund. Read more
Didn't dine in so my review will simply be based on food quality. We ordered three pounds of wings (ceasar does Texas, hot... honey, and spicy gar par) with a side of fries. I was expecting the wings to be spicier. However, the wing size is appropriateand not small. What's also nice was that celery and carrots were provided unlike another large wing chain. Read more
