Went here around 4 PM for an early dinner. Ordered the wontons, shrimp tempura, beef short ribs, teriyaki beef and it seemed... like it was leftover. It didn?t really taste fresh. Was kind of disappointed with the food. Read more

Menu hasn?t been modernized to technology; still using pen and paper toorder items ? Lunch menu doesn?t have very many options (I.e lacking rainbow rolls, red belly tuna, etc) ? Large menu, good prices, friendly staff and all around positive experience. Will definitely return to try more items on the... menu. I really like that all the party trays actually break down what rolls you are getting. Was nice to know exactly what I wasreceiving. They also have dinner options for 2-4 people which is also appreciated. 25 minute wait on a Saturday which isdefinitely respectable. Maki rolls were fresh and well presented. Ordered two days in a row... Got the 36 rolls Maki set platter then a 40 roll maki set(in picture) the next day. Quick service... and just the right about for 2 adults. Tasty and worth it! Read more
This place is incredible! I have tried many all you can eats in and around Toronto, but this one shocked me (in the best way... possible). I went with my boyfriend for an early dinner; we wanted sushi and we were at the mall across the street so we choseto go to the nearest sushi place, and luckily, it happened to be Taka Sushi. I usually have my favourite rolls I choose atevery sushi resto I go to, but this one had special rolls I never saw before (so naturally, my boyfriend and I were close toexploding after trying everything)! I personally really liked that the menu describes what's inside each type of roll. Theservice was also quick; the waitresses were all very kind to us! My boyfriend kept saying in-between bites, "It's so good!",and he's usually more reserved and pickier than me. Simply put, the sushi was AMAZING. The fish were SO FRESH.
