Bathroom was missing toilet paper, hand soap and had a one week old bathroom checklist. I was disgusted! Asked to speak to the... manager and informed him but that doesn?t change the fact that this location did not concern themselves with a clean and healthywashroom. Ordered online, drove 20 mins to pick up, was stoked for the festive specials. Showed up and the place was closed when I arrived... at 7:50pm. Tried all doors with no luck. Usually supportive of the Swiss, but this is a terrible set up and BIG time let down.Wouldn?t order online from here again. Read more
The food is as you would expect good and fresh, the service is a bit slow lately but maybe that's due to covid. The atmosphere... is like a standard Swiss Chalet, they keep it consistent throughout their franchise. Read more
I don?t know if you are aloud to rate a zero but that?s my score. This place is consistently late with orders. My family ordered... a easy take out thanksgiving meal for pick up. It was prepaid with a cc and said it would be ready at 5:48. So I?m sure you canimagine how long I have been sitting here to get mad enough to write a review. It has now been an hour of waiting at thelocation. I don?t even know why you keep it open if this is the kind of service you are going to provide. Suppose to be open around 11am. Came at 12 noon and doors were still locked. Wish there was a better Swiss chalet in newmarket... but both suck. If I could give zero stars I would. As many other reviews say, avoid this location at all costs!! First of all, the drive thru... menu doesn?t even have all the items on it, only a few so you need to look online first for what you want. I waited 40 minutesin the drive through for 1 chicken fingers and fries combo?.unbelievable. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes for someone toeven take my order, then another 30 at the window! No check in to tell me what was going on or anything. Also - I asked whenplacing the order does it come with chalet sauce? He said no, so I paid for the medium size. Open the box and it did come withone?so I paid for one for no reason. When I finally got my food I said ?wow that took a really long time? he said yeah sorryhave a nice night and closed the window?the same thing happened to me about a year ago when I visited this location (my only 2times and last going), placed an order for pick up, pick up time was 6:30, didn?t get my food till 8pm!!!!
