This is the most disorganized location I have ever seen in terms of coffee shops. I placed a mobile order at 12:25, was told the... order would be ready at 12:31 and it is 12:43. I finally got my drink after watching the worker drop the cup and try to make itthree times. There were Ubereats drivers waiting for their orders I don?t know if the workers know but the drivers are beingtimed, making them wait is unacceptable. Horrible experience with one of the baristas and the store in general. Took them over 10 minutes to make my 2 drinks with over 5... baristas working. Once the barista (not too sure his name but he?s a taller gentleman and was wearing a beanie) finished ourdrinks I politely asked for him to top it up with a little more oat milk and he gave me so much attitude stating with the drinkI ordered it would start to come out as a latte. He rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed pouring the extra oat milk. I justwanted a little bit more oat milk minus the attitude. Never coming back to this slow and rude Starbucks.
